Services
(What we do)
Most sites need more than one of these. Tell us the handover date and we’ll scope the whole sequence in a single walkthrough.
Rough, final and touch-up cleans that take a finished build from trades debris to inspection-ready.

Post-construction work is sequencing as much as cleaning. We come in behind the trades in passes — a rough clean to clear debris and make the space workable, a final detail once the last fixtures are set, and a touch-up timed to the day of handover. Crews work top down so finished floors stay finished.
(What's included)
Debris removal and rough clean
Full interior detail — millwork, fixtures, hardware
Interior and exterior window cleaning
Floor prep, polish and protective covering
Balcony, patio and entry glazing
Pre-handover touch-up pass
(Built for)
Developers and general contractors
(When it runs)
Staged across the tail of the trades schedule
(Handover standard)
Inspection-ready at walkthrough
Recurring building maintenance on a fixed schedule — common areas, amenities, parkade and back-of-house.

We run janitorial on a fixed schedule with a named crew, so the same people learn your building. The scope is written down and checked on every visit: lobbies, corridors, elevators, amenity rooms, waste rooms, parkade sweeps and back-of-house. You get a schedule you can hand to residents and one point of contact who answers.
(What's included)
Lobby, corridor and elevator cleaning
Amenity and fitness room service
Garbage, recycling and organics rooms
Parkade sweeping and washdowns
Restroom and back-of-house maintenance
Supply restocking and monthly reporting
(Built for)
Property managers and strata councils
(When it runs)
Daily, weekly or a custom rotation
(Handover standard)
Written scope, checked every visit
Fast, consistent resets between guests or tenants — the same standard on every single turn.

Short-term rental and tenant turnovers live or die on consistency. We work from a per-unit checklist with photo sign-off, so the fortieth turn looks like the first. Linen handling, restocking and damage reporting are part of the visit rather than an extra line on the invoice.
(What's included)
Full unit reset between stays
Linen change and laundry handling
Bathroom and kitchen deep clean
Consumables and amenity restocking
Photo sign-off on every turn
Damage and maintenance reporting
(Built for)
Short-term rental and rental managers
(When it runs)
Same-day turns, seven days a week
(Handover standard)
Photo-verified against a per-unit checklist
Exterior surfaces brought back — parkades, walkways, facades, patios and underground.

Concrete, pavers and building envelopes hold on to everything the weather leaves behind. We match pressure and method to the surface so nothing gets etched or stripped, handle runoff and containment properly, and schedule around resident access so the work isn't disruptive.
(What's included)
Parkade and underground washing
Walkway, entry and plaza concrete
Building facade and soffit washing
Patio, balcony and amenity decks
Gum, oil and stain treatment
Runoff containment and disposal
(Built for)
Building owners and property managers
(When it runs)
Seasonal, or scheduled annually
(Handover standard)
Surface-matched pressure, contained runoff
Interior and exterior glass, from ground-level storefront through to high-reach elevations.

Glass is the surface that shows every shortcut, and it is usually the first thing photographed. We clean interior and exterior glass, tracks, frames and sills as one job, because half-cleaned glass reads worse than none. Post-construction glass gets a separate scrape pass for stucco, paint and adhesive residue.
(What's included)
Interior and exterior glass
Frame, track and sill detail
Storefront and lobby glazing
High-reach and lift-access elevations
Post-construction scrape and residue removal
Skylights and amenity glazing
(Built for)
Developers, managers and commercial tenants
(When it runs)
One-time, or on a set rotation
(Handover standard)
Streak-free, frames and tracks included
